I liked everything but the first lines of the last two stanzas. Their cadence broke with the rhythm of the others.
I'd revise:
"Use me like a plaything tonight I'm your submissive body slave, here for your enjoyment, to do all the things you crave."
To:
Use me like a plaything, I'm your submissive slave, here for your enjoyment, to do all the things you crave.
And revise:
"My goal is to leave you breathless, to leave you satisfied in every possible way, will you give me permission and let me show you how I play:
To:
I long to leave you breathless, satisfied in every way, give me permission to show you how I play
So far, I find your poems the most enjoyable overall.
I'd revise:

And revise:
