Author's Note
3-syllable word with the syllable stress on the 2nd syllable, paired with a 5-syllable word with the syllable stress on the 2nd syllable, same syllables, carried out in an 8-stanza rhyme scheme. It has a flowing inflection of delivery if you're fluent enough to understand the vocabulary. I constantly challenge myself with word exercises like this so that I can be sharp in word association. It's not just random words. There is a literal theme, transition, and direction.

You "manipulated" your choice of words with such skillful expression. I always think of you as a master of word combination. In the beginning it felt like a high was being felt. I'm very impressed.
Yeah, it's somewhat self-reflective of coming out of darkness and into light, if you will. That's a lot of how I write - not only vicariously interpretative, but self-experienced. Like we were talking before, it always shows itself in your work. Impressions that weigh on the mind often come back, no matter narrator, protagonist, antagonist - you will always see a bit of yourself in your writings. Anyway, yeah, I was trying to show some of the struggle of pride and human nature, and relinquishing that for a calling, if it's to be interpreted as vicarious. Sometimes, just giving up self for the gift of salvation is a sacrifice - literally, letting go of darkness and sin is not easy!
