As the twilight faints to a draconian sky
over the moon of my Shaddai
thinking Cheetos a gift from the Magi
choosing between tails and life's samurai
veiling the windows in winter's ossuary
awakening ghosts of the dobsonfly
mocking the dysphoria of the walleye
as twilight phallus slobbers night's rabbi
with soundtracks of the codified
turned loose in society without an alibi

listening to the mynah birds aye
