Intangibles
Intangibles entwine
Like damsels in the rye
Demanding a reply
Of hankering to spy
The tangent still unwinds
Where dared betwixt a lie
Fanatical affright
Her bands of wit are tied
When sandals lit the sky
Romancing fits oblige
As standstill sits denied
Upstanding is divine.
Outlandish lifting eyes
Have practiced pictured prize
In backwards pit disguise
That dangle rifts remind
As Saturn hints to hide
The Sabbath twinkled time
Like dazzling derives
The damage that's defined
Commandment gist arrives
Where wearing wins the wise
And airing is aligned
From arrogant demise
Mascara missed her sight
And cares shall drift goodbye
Whence hair up miffed a mile
Bandana princess pine
Retracted finish line
Of grabbing mystifies
As ashes intertwine
An apple into time

This had a very cunning style, it was very good. Second stanza resonated with me, lol
Yeah, it's kind of a satire towards the lack of understanding in the world of the importance of the 7th commandment, if you want to get right down spiritual with it. Perhaps the number 7 as well, in what it stands for, scripturally. So many things involve lust in relationships, even casual relationships, and there's a ruin and damnation in it. By lust, I mean like controlling attitudes, and desirous coveting, etc. It's a part of the completion process, in coming out of sin, that God is going to very powerfully use to mold and fashion His people in future generations.
Anyway, there's really a lot said in this poem. I don't feel as though many could grasp it. Thanks for your feedback and taking the time to share your insight. I'll see you around!
Edit - One could interpret thus as The Whore of Babylon being swallowed up, if you get into the 7th commandment, and the number 7, and scripture. The prophetic 7-day week, the 7th day Sabbath, and God's plan in His 7 Holy Days, as is revealed if understood, comes to mind as well.
