Sunday 1st October.
Three ascents of hill 1500m, Ben Nevis is 1365m, and the Castle Douglas/ Dumfries cycle loop approx 65/70km.
New Abbey/Dumfries/DGI/Lochfoot/Castle Douglas/Dalbeattie/Southwick/home.
(Admittedly, on some of the military road hills, if I had gone any slower I would have toppled over).
