A lightless day away
From a spark
The will shall flint
Only to see in the dark
But at least
A mere glimpse
Of no such eternity
Witnessless to the end of endless
Let’s just hope
It was a coincidence

Solid conceptualization here. The light at the end of the tunnel seems far away, in depiction. It's as though your "hope" is cancelled. Such is a common struggle in being human. Even to come out of darkness, takes an extreme struggle, even the first glimpse! When there's doubt, it seemingly cancels the struggle. But you've struggled much. Anyway, thanks for sharing. I believe there is light, even if just a spot, in the void of darkness, to always work towards
