Some perhaps
Don’t we all
Sometimes fade?
Ebb and flow
It’s how life’s made…
So today
Hope ebbs
Belief wavers
Desire? Never
Wonder? Always
For though the tides
May ebb & flow
Though continents may drift
The core & crust
Remain
As does this heart for you
