Image for the poem You don

You don't send me Flowers

whispers like a soft melody
guiding lost souls on the path
to serenity where thoughts are pure
without the need to gibber
in fear

there's no judgement for failures
all sins are left on moonlit graveyards
where tombstones stand silent
deaf to sharings of lost love

they sleep, all the men
who once processed eternal love
to the pretty face now ugly
ravaged by time and grief

we stand here still
no more flowers sent
professing love
not that it matters
anymore
