I catch myself just now
Searching for the comfort of your eyes
So piercing blue
Seeing through
To the bluest parts
Of my worried heart
To where the sadness starts
Seeing, caring, knowing, feeling
Reaching arms of reassurance
I’m drawn in
By your lips, your eyes, your touch
This moment in time
Eclipses all
In peace
