Hunter's Moon (Featuring Naajir)

it's the growl of a beast on the prowl
pulled from deep slumber
by desperate hunger
face lifted
eyes closed
easing leisurely from its hidden lair
drawn by instinct
scent of prey in the air
moving on silent feet
hunting the sensed
tracking the unseen

aggression leads

down a winding trail
through ethereal woodlands
as beads of sweat
flows in silent patterns

ultra-felt as kindred
extraverted through thickened adrenaline
razor sharpening intuition
panting a nostalgic tongue
tasting the mist of air
as the call of a familiar wild
lurks ominously

prophecy's dawning

sundering both
summoning dormant spirits to rise
wary be the traveler here
where ancient deities
walk unhindered
lupine guardians at their side
as moon graces painted skies
let the hunt begin...
