here on these pages, I woe,
I let myself go,
as I search,
for who I am to be,
so who,
am I to be,
I’ll be the poetry lines,
the poetry mind,
I’ll be the metaphor,
the simile,
the character appearing,
the flower of glee,
I’ll be the protagonist,
the arch villainess,
the tiger,
the hilltop,
the town Inverness,
I’ll be scrambled and squeezed,
put in line,
out of time,
rigid,
freeform,
never to be told,
I’m death,
revisited,
never growing old
