Fears

Fear,
I'm constantly running away,
No place to hide, no comfort in sight,
It just keeps holding onto my soul, never letting go.

My heart races like a pounding drum,
Danger surrounds me, no way to escape,
I feel trapped and paralyzed, unable to overcome.

I try to break free from the despair, but it's overwhelming,
I'm stuck in a prison of fear with no windows,
There's nowhere to go, no safe place to find.

Desperation takes hold, and tears flow freely,
Everything I once had is shattered by fear's spite,
My thoughts race, consuming me like a loaded gun.

An internal tempest, a hurricane spinning out of control,
I feel lost and aimless, searching for what's right,
But I won't give up, I'll fight back fiercely, refusing to be undone.

Every step I take becomes a battle,
I'll fight and resist, with no room for retreat or flight,
Surrender is not an option, I won't let fear win.
