BLOOD-STAINED WOUNDS

I exist amidst
One curse, eternal bleakness
Concealed behind tattered drapes
Endlessly trapped, hopeless and weak

I long for something to possess
A life not haunted by death's caress
A clandestine tune I can call my own
Intertwined with these skeletal bones

But the final limit has been shattered
The soil stained with venomous decay
Poisoned nectar of the vine, now buried
Inflicting agonizing pain, never to sway

With the razor's edge, I carve a jagged path
Repeating the incision, desperate to find
To find solace in the abyss, in the aftermath
My resting place, my sanctuary confined

The moon and stars, cursed to fade away
All that remains, extinguished too soon
From the depths of the sea to the desert's decay
The road's demise, leading to this sinister tomb

Within this cold, suffocating darkness
Lies the abyss where sanity forsakes
Denizens below, tormented and heartless
Lost in the undertows, where dread awakes

Echoes of the loon beckon me to follow
Fading into a melancholic, desolate gray
Chants of the deceased, luring and hollow
Why won't you stay, trapped in this dismay?

Crimson stains mar the pristine tomb of white
No words can quell the erupting inferno
The flames, relentless, consuming day and night
Relentless and unyielding, they endlessly burn, unburdened by sorrow

MY DAMNATION
BLOOD-STAINED WOUNDS, INDUCING HELL'S RATION
MY SALVATION
BLOOD-STAINED WOUNDS, AN ETERNITY'S PREDATION

But the final limit has been shattered
The soil stained with venomous decay
Poisoned nectar of the vine, now buried
Inflicting agonizing pain, never to sway

With the razor's edge, I carve a jagged path
Repeating the incision, desperate to find
To find solace in the abyss, in the aftermath
My resting place, my sanctuary confined.
