Meeting In The Ladies’ Room
Hello Ladies,
I have not taken the time to properly bond with my surrounding femininity in many moons; in the absence of my intellect, I have been abstaining from discussing some related issues, advice is free, therefore, accept mine in merit and in truth.
I think it would be the perfect time to rest the echoes of my soul and just speak.
I hope about time this mental revere reaches your eyes may it always propel you in the right direction, or suggestive words to steer you back on your road to recovery to heighten the benefits of a healthier and bodacious you, remember you are the navigator of your fate, and the destiny of your own success, uplift the salvation of its fortitude in wisdom. Subsequently, to allow others to feel the movements through the positiveness of your mind that has taken the time for you to inscribe on your canvas.
That’s a smooth introduction if I must say
As I’ve celebrated the arrival of summer, and the benefits of the Sun, and if you are inclined, if your vitamin D level is low, speak to your physician about prescribing you those vital supplements, which is very friendly to the bones, and eat healthy to reap those nutrients in eating fortified fruits and vegetables.
Ladies, we are the rulers of our humble abode, with that being said with honor and respect I have some thoughts for you to ponder, such as, what would you do if your existence was unfortunately disrupted. I would be mild in the precursor of my narrative, with that being clarified, what if times became difficult to maintain your everyday unburdened existence, an unforeseen occurrence unexpected happened, where no electric or gas, food pantries have been looted, store shelves empty, funds in the bank have been frozen due to some malware glitch that some foreign country has penetrated our internet security firewall.
I extend this informative periodical also when you are out camping, which is my favorite pastime, well, it was when I resided in Philadelphia, I love the outdoors and traveling.
I asked those questions above because times are moving into crucial point of times, it very eye opening if you must take notice, and always be prepared for the inevitable, a moment in time where universal mishaps have and will manifest, are you ready, and no, I am not talking about a zombie craze rhetoric, of even the perilous time as if experiencing the fate of Armageddon, or a robotic acropolis. I am speaking in reference in association with the simplistic rules of engagement when it pertains to being mentally, physically and spiritually organized for any type of survival.
Survival pertains to the state of an existence when other components are out of reach, and you must resort to the basic elements of mind, body, heart, and having the means to safeguard your soul, where, if it is to be compromised, may it be to uplift, if not, ask for the spiritual forgiveness in advance for battle or war.
I had to bring that into light, due in part, wickedness does not sleep, and you could be a diva, a queen with great intentions, but you have to always learn how to negate the perception of others to not detour your thought pattern, let negative drift by, it is not a productive entity to grab from the festering of darkness from the choices this universal also offers, only if you are searching.
In The Thrones Of Basic Survival
I would suggest buddying up with a great team of honest and loyal family members, close associates, or basically by yourself.
If it was me and my three close friends (Black Nursing Association Chapter 5 ) One would be delegated to be responsible for stockpiling all canned foods, and making sure she rotates by the expiration date, then the second person would be responsible for all dry goods; beans, bags of rice, powered milk, instant meals that require only hot water, and the third person, who is me, would be response for purchasing all durable equipment, two generators, one portable, ten flashlights, stockpile of batteries, five flashlights, three radios, ten First Aid Kits, then three five pound boxes of individual boxes of some Military heat up meals, they really are balanced and beneficial meals, which is always an added benefit (I will do a segment on them much later), five gallon bottles of water, since I get my water delivered for my water cooler, I pay for several extras jugs, and my storage is filled to capacity with them, and those stick up round florescent lights from a dollar store, just to name a few items.
Ladies are your survival skills up to the challenge if you are out camping in a remote area, cellular communication is lost and the canteen is dry, and any type of assistance you must seek, on foot.
A Little Tidbit To Take Into Consideration
If you are camping, never leave your food out near the campsite, place any leftover food items that may emit an alluring odor to the bears, or racoons, any night creature, therefore, place all food items in a heavy duty bag, that does not seep, and tie it around a tree branch, high enough, but low enough for your retrieve, and a stone through away from your tent it keeps the night disturbance of the forest creatures away from the camp site and make sure the camp fire is completely out before retiring for the night under the stars.
If you do perhaps run out of water, do not use the body of any surrounding water, it most likely contain parasites, so I would suggest in my observation, to identify a Birch tree, and you will have to utilized the process called evapotranspiration, which basically means extract the leaves, encase them in plastic bag (Ziplock bag preferable) and the evaporation to the leaves produces water, not a stream, but enough to coat a parched throat, and keep the body from suffering from dehydration.
In addition, make sure you watch for ticks, and use insect repellent, I would say utilize several Tiki Torches throughout, and it does keep insects away.
Now this is the part where it depends on your political values, and I take full responsibility for mine. I think all women should know how to properly fire and know how to disassemble a weapon, before I go into that farther, makes sure you are concealed to carry, or your state honors an open permit to carry; if you are traveling with a firearm in your vehicle, make sure you check that state law.
In addition, I strongly suggest you take shooting lessons at a reputable weaponry training facility, and getting a membership, just to have, and a lock box to store any weapon in if you have small children in attendance, please. Everyone's safety should be your priority if you are a registered gun owner who have passed a crucial background check.

My Goddaughter, bless her young heart, paid for me to take some Fencing classes, for my birthday, the enrollment classes are good up to a year, I am still thinking on that concept, I went a Renaissance Festival and fell I love with that era, it prompted a novel.
I’ve always mentioned to buy land ladies; it is always an accomplishment to own your own terrain, it is a wise investment and could be exchanged as collateral toward a loan or when entering any business negotiation, or even if some land developer would like to expand on your land or lot without any doubts, it becomes profitable, and a little whisper to you, ‘undeveloped land in New Mexico is so cheap’ I own three acres and it is mine.
You may have to invest in your own water supply system, and before digging, or placing maybe a doublewide trailer home on its untilled roots, make sure you get the land surveyed, and check with your local electric company before digging.
The femininity creed among women when we are out, keep in mind, it’s summer time we seem to get more relaxed with our surroundings, I will blame it on the men looking so handsome, and if he has facial hair, sweet mercy, oh, excuse my mind wondering on that mental mirage, as I was conveying, shirtless, muscles ripped through his wife-beater tee-shirt and he sends you over a drink, two things, never accept an open drink from any far aways admire, and that includes from the bartender or barmaid who delivers it.
If it is not a bottle of beer, where you see your server uncap it for you, decline, do not allow pride to be the fate of your own self-demise. If it is an unopened bottle of champagne/wine, then by all means exercise your own determinizing factor, and if you are alone, make sure you limit your alcohol consumption, and try to refrain from placing yourself in a risky situation, if perhaps you do become impaired where you cannot drive your own vehicle home, then make sure ask the bartender to all you a Lyfe or Uber, whatever you do go home alone.
Henceforth, when you are out and about, with your girlfriend(s), on a party night, never separate, you order a drink, make sure you keep your eyes on it, you go to the restroom take it with you, before, you get up and dance, drain the contents, and do not come back and try to sip on the diluting ice chips, leave it, and just order another drink.
There are so many mentally disturbed minded individuals who prey on how many drinks they see a women consume, if she appears a slush potential, then the small talk, a perfect storm, if not aware to be drugged and then date raped. And take notice or be weary of two men entering and both sit the opposite sides of you, one man in the bar is used to distract, and the other to spiking your drink.
If you are at the bar, and a handsome man sits by you and engage your time, make sure there is an empty stool behind you, and make sure if you must turn inward to engage in conversation, your drink is in front of you and your purse is near your glass.
The must have items to carry in your purse; a fingernail file, a lighter, a small needle and thread kit, a bottle of nail glue, two safety pins, a tampon, cell phone charger, three latex free prophylactics, a small corkscrew, an extra pair of stockings, and credit card/money.
I just wanted to fly through to offer some preventive measures when you are enjoying your summer, or on vacation, just be weary ladies, and always look to feel your best.
