Which Way Is Up?
Strong Soldiers will endure until the battle is over
Designated survivors keep watch over shoulders
Wars aren't over until respirations have ceased
Dark clouds still hover; prepping to attack our peace
Catch and release from the bondage of pain
To appreciate sunshine, there must be rain
The terrain may be full of valleys and peaks
Hard times may be reasons that eyes'll leak
I speak the gospel; conveyed by a poet's pen
Trying to sustain while living in the lion's den
When will I meet my end?; I know not the day
So I keep on marching & trying to find my way
