Nowadays on-line I have to give my consent
even to read the simplest content
Which one of my rights I am signing away I have no clue
but what else can I do
I just want to surf the internet in peace
and with all of these pop ups I wish they would desist and cease
All these corporations are now doing this as their protocol
forced by the legal teams so they don't take a fall
One last thing before it is too late

In a scene in the tv show "Black Mirror" Season 6 episode 1, entitled "Joan is Awful" Actress Salma Hayek, is in her Lawyer's office wanting to sue a company but her Lawyer tells her she can't bc she signed away her rights on-line in Paragraph 8. Her reply is "F@ck Paragraph 8".

Then I suppose if she had to made a statement to get her point across than I will have to say, 'Fuck Paragraph Eight', unquote, okay that was a woman liberation moment, all in all, I admired the poem for eluding at the possibility at 'free will' to make choices. hopefully, we can all make the correct ones to propel our future and not stonewall our progress.

Well, I have been concern for decades about the lost of personal freedom and so called "privacy". We enjoy the benefits of "high tech" but, are we fully aware of the cost?

Their is no real privacy my love when utilizing the internet, it is an open and correlative Big Brother nuisance that we use at our leisure and at our pleasure, therefore, you have to control and maintain what data you instill. In addition, since we now have AI, it will mimic our buying habits.
The cost is we have sold the liberties of our freedom by one download/upgrade one gagbytesat at time.
This is awake up call musing, and thank you for bringing this element of concern to light.
