I smoke a blunt or two
Sing about the blues
I mellow out
Smoking the bowl
And drinking some booze
I really ain’t got nothing to lose
So here I am singing the
Marijuana blues
The smoke feels the air
I don’t care to share
I bring out the bong
Nothing but chillin
And getting along
Like tom petty said
Lets get to the point
Lets roll another joint
Turn the radio loud
I’m to alone to be proud
You don’t know how it feels
Smoking it up till
Our brains get ill
Getting high
Till it’s time to say goodbye
Waiting for death to come
Until then

I do think that if you can write as well as this in a half-depressive/half self-deprecatingly jokey
way, you could surely describe what joy there is in a simple joint.

Thanks for the awesome feedback.I appreciate it.It would be cool though if it was legalized worldwide.A whole lot better then drinking or doing drugs haha..

Well, F.Y.I. I write for NORML (among other Pro Bud Orgs.) and have many connections in this battle so if you ever want to use your words to explain that we don't like drugs-but they need to stop calling chemicals medicine and plants drugs..or re-define drug--I am on Facebook (u can subscribe)-or inbox me here.

I will keep that in mind and subscribe.The reason why I should think marijuana should be legalized is because it is naturally grown,No one has really died from it,and it can be used as a medicine, But there is medical marijuana out there.Just keep this in mind more people have died drinking and becoming alcoholics drinking themselves to death.Drug addicts have died from overdoses.Marijuana...Well there really hasn't been any death over it.They say you may use lose your brain cells to it but they isn't true...The only reason they may happen is that is was mixed with other chemical uses and most or all of it's natural ingredients were taken away with the mixture.The bottom line is..Would you want your kids,friends,families, etc. to die from driving drunk or a drug overdose? Or would you just want them to live their lives and have a good ending?

tobacco- 400,000 deaths
alcohol- 300,000 deaths
all LEGAL drugs 20, 000 deaths
all Illegal drugs- 25, 000 deaths
caffeine- 2,000
asprin- 500
marijuana-----zero, ever.....
I will not take up more space here-but stay free thinking! peace
