Loss Of Innocence
The whiteness of his soul, was real and pure,
His soul was spotless, of this I'm sure.
It carried blessings of graces unborn.
Be moved by the ignorance of a new baby born!
As the innocence of the newborn
At birth is unleashed,
His mothers heart with relief skips some beats,
Its sound uplifts the hearts of all,
It is as it was a blessing for all.
After the battle of right's and wrong's upheaval,
In the end we concede to the presence of evil,
Innocence is lost by all not most.
This soul is not different, it tricked its host.
This is a mild attempt to recall
the loss of my innocence.
I failed yet again
This I'm saying with confidence;
My own soul's whiteness one day did burn,
My innocence at the sight of evil was gone.
My soul desires the pleasures of sin.
I strive hard each day,
For purity serene
