Glad you could print such an invite. In our country funeral directors (morticians in US) can offer families opportunity to print orders of service for funerals/celebrations of life with a loved one's pictures on.
While I personally am no enthusiast for suicide, I could agree with Neil Young's line. I would prefer to die while in possession of most of my faculties than wasted and senile. I could at least be happy that was how my father died (a heart attack at 70 with no lingering pain and after, same day attending a function where those present enjoyed his conversations).
