I like what I see here and I would only offer a few suggestions for improvement, such as altering the ending of line 4 to the word "pursue", so that it will be a better rhyme with the previous line. Maybe rewrite the line something like..."With the thoughtful words and actions we pursue".

I'd also think about starting the last line with "A" so as to smooth the transition from the end of the previous line to the beginning of the last line.

Overall though, I'd say it's a good piece of poetry!

Thank you for the insighful feedback, I didn’t like the hanging feeling from second to last line and last line much either but adding an a on the end of the former didn’t seem to work and at the start of the next would have broken the acrostic side of it, I tried for hours while playing it over and over in my mind for a way to make it less jarring but couldnt find it, so went with what felt like the lesser of two evils to maintain the original objective.

Pursue does read better and I will endeavour to be better in future writes :)
Maybe communites rather than community reads better?
