In reading your poet intro your confession for not getting poetry resonated with me, as I didn’t either. Yet, your innate talent for writing it is in direct opposition. 😊

Thank you for the compliment. I have come to writing poetry completely by accident. I have friends that read and write poetry so thought I’d give it a try. For me reading some blogs about how to read and enjoy poetry really resonated and were very similar to things I learned about viewing art. I do a lot of writing professionally but not creative writing. It seems to be a natural way of getting out ideas.
