Repetitive History

Sometimes I really hate when you peek behind the curtain and see what's really going on. At least you get a good poem out of the deal!

I've never been able to resist finding out what's behind the curtain, and while that's been a good thing, generally, it sure has led to quite a bit of disappointment. Or, I suppose we could label that as growth. :-)

Amen to this discovery poem of yours.  As they say, hindsight is 20/20, right?

They do, indeed. Not sure I completely agree, but being on the other side of things can certainly give a new perspective that seems clearer, at least. So nice to see you stop by over this way, and really appreciate your thoughts.

Pleased to make your acquaintance, you write so raw and beautifully and there's an underlying little bit of bitter that I can get behind, a sad ordeal but as Daisy Grace said above it makes a wonderful evolving poem with tiny pinch of salt throw into the emotional mixture of it all.
