Autumns
in the shade of the oaks
I lay down and fell asleep
the wind passing through the leaves
made me remember you...
I dreamed your eyes and fingers
I dreamed your soft chin
I dreamed of sun-drenched shores
licked the salt from the hair
I dreamed a desert
no clouds of endless blues
where I walked
I dreamed the mirage of your lips
I let myself sleep
in the lilac winter wind
I let myself dream
on the yellow floor
covered in leaves
I let myself be there listening to insects
let the wind
cover me with leaves
until there's nothing left of me in sight
on the floor and now
I'm running red
in the veins of the ground.
