I’m rounded at the edges
I’m Imperfect and a little messy
I talk too loudly and too much
I love too hard, maybe I’m needy
You want me but not this version
And I love you so much I’m trying
But the me that’s left won’t really be me
It will look like me and talk like me
But the persona I become will be hollow and false
A pretty vessel that’s lost it’s way
Other people love me why can’t you
