Vox Populi

Upon elocution we must rely
To pull the mind up from the muck
And be upbeat about the crimes we spy
Or about the latest bondage fuck.

These may look grim to the artless eye,
As if advantage had been took,
But passing judgement is the reason why
Electors need another look;
More than a glance; a considered critique;
That bears in mind the majority
Without terrorizing the meek
Into a recycled tyranny...

Proving the public are just as free
To bleed as much as a minority.
