Knowing Christianity as it has been made to be.  
    
It's like hanging out with thieves an murderers.
  
but unknown to him. He's done none of that sort.  
    
Then surprised when people think that of him.  
    
Once realized the lack of moral character of these men.
  
As a upright man he would find that he can not abide  
 
and no longer stand with them in clear conscience.  
    
So he must find his own way.
