A Color For You

So many things
I can see that you need.
You need love and friendship
understanding and trust.

I want to give these things to you,
so you might be well.
I can hear it in the way you talk,
almost see it in your eyes.

You feel alone and unapriciated,
don't you? You must have hurt
for a very long time.
Let me take some of that away for you.

You need a color, one that brings peace
and love. You need violet.
She repressents oneness with Mother,
peace and wisdom. She can clear your mind
of anger and hate. She can make you well my friend.

Let me find some violet for you,
something that will bring you peace.
I know you hurt, and I know why
so let me try to help.

Others may see ice,
but I see something warm
like a perfect spring day.
All it needs to come out is love.

Nothing is fair
and very little is nice,
and I don't think you've seen much niceness my friend.
So let me show you some, you need it.

If nothing else I can promise you this,
You will always be safe with me,
always can you trust me
and you can always depend on me.

I will be here for you
through the darkness and cold.
