Definition of hell

Had a job for a few years at large television network  
I hated it so much I often thought about suicide  
I felt trapped though  
Didn't want to give up the benefits due to circumstances  
My boss was a Nazi sympathizer and I am
 a Jew  

As luck would have it they me laid off due to a bad economy  
I remember on my last day as I was walking up the avenue  
It was like a New Orleans funeral  
The band was playing  
I had no job
I wasn't scared
Free at last..

Yes I know how it feels to do things and meet people you do not want to. I feel glad you were free at last. Very glad. Stay well my friend.

It was a long time ago but memories persist.
I switched careers and it was the right move ...
