I’d suggest:

First: make stanzas. Break up the story and give the reader some white space.

Second: change the formatting of your word doc so that your first letters are auto caps. That sucks, and it throws readers right off. We’ve all done it.

While doing that… go undo all of the first letters

Last… you’re telling me a lot, but not showing me anything. Bring in an intimate detail to kick the reader in the teeth with.  Or bring in the five senses. Describe one or two things lusciously and then tell out the poem.

For the purpose of maintain the sass and flow in the poem, try this

You don't
know my pain
unless
you've
seen my hell

You don't
know my gains
only
see my fails

It won't
ever change
that ship
set sail

I don't
place
no blame
all is well

Just don't
say my name
