Tech Wreck

From my personal experience
And my work as a carer
Lack of knowledge of technology
Access seems much unfairer

Haven't got a smart phone
Or how to use this absurd
Laptops, are something cats sit on?
Lost words, on inaccessible WORD

Lack of passport, or driving licence
Can also hold you back
As you try to access government sites
Without which, no way to keep track

So if you don't pull your hair out
Because you can't get through
And you can't access your own details
What are we meant to do

Ive tried pounding war drums
And sending smoke signals too
Can't use my airmail
As my carrier pigeons have avian flu

So if like me, you're a tech phobe
And lost for words on WORD
Write it all down on notepaper
Maybe then you'll get heard

But still they'll ask for documents
That you haven't seen like mirages
Then send you complex questionnaire's
Repeated questions on all the pages
And any response, won't arrive for ages
