TAKE CARE OF THYSELF

To all those out there who are going through somethings, that caught you by surprise in life and shakes the very, foundation of what you are going through as it changes you in ways.That you couldn't even image that it could not happen to you, for how many of us are face with a card that has been handled to you, leaving you confused and lost feeling more trap within, a world wind of pain and hurt and sorrow. For it's not your fault this happen, to you nor was it your choice but yet it happen. For it could be the love and happiness and joy, that you were lead to believe was true yet it was a lie in disguise. For it could be a feeling that you thought you were told will last forever and a day, yet it came with dishonest and disloyalty and distrust in your pursuit of not being in a real relationship of happiness and love and respect and honor. For I know it's going to hurt and there will be sleepless nights with long, waiting days as the clock ticks by silently whispering in the stillness of time, but yet through your hurt and pain and sorrow you will find the strength and courage to whether the process of the storm. For have no regrets cause it's not your fault they couldn't appreciate the opportunity to experience, the greatest gift of a real love of truth and honesty and trust, with devotion with commitment and consistency and real communications. So take it with a grain of salt and pepper and just leave it behind you and move on with your life and hopes and dreams.
