Even a stone heart can break
My once flush brilliant heart has turned to stone over the years
It slowly solidified after every weep and failure to please
It grew to a harden stone to protect me from shattering like fragile glass
But even stone can break
The stone is only as strong as the carriers foundation
The foundation in reality is never sturdy not matter how much u patch over the cracks
They are still hiding under neath ready to spilt u at the seams and cause u to crumble from the inside out

The central point, that even a heart made of stone can break is so full of great metaphors! The transformation of your heart is a topic you can use for future writes, if you so desire.
One puzzling line, "They are still hiding under neath ready to spilt u at the seams and cause u to crumb from the inside out." Did you mean "crumble" instead of "crumb"?

okay; in standard English crumb is a noun, not a verb...That is why I was lost.
