Iceberg
you shined
the light
into the depth
where I sunk deep
by the weight
of my guilt
chained to the feet
I can only imagine
of breaking free
because my body
fails to react
since
you've been
swimming
in my mind
countless times
I even wished
for you to drown
and sink to
the bottom
so you'd just
stay with me
but it's just an
empty thought
you are
perfect
from where
I see you
as I see,
I'm faulted
I'm burning
inside a
melting iceberg
hoping it
would reveal
the better
parts of me,
for you
to see
