On the Living Word

I saw a sign on a church billboard today -
It read, "God's word shall last forever."

Dearest Seeker -

Please remember that God's word is not the same
As the printed word in books.

God's word is a resonating music and light
That can be heard and seen
When a living Master is found
Who can open your inner eye
An open your inner ear.

Did not Christ say -
When speaking of the general public,
"They have eyes but they do not see
They have ears but they do not hear."

Are your inner eye and ears open or closed?
