I saw a crescent moon last night
Smiling upon a leafless tree
In silhouette by lunar light
And cloud division fleetingly...
Which could not help but catch my eye
With its cavalcade of vapor
Transfusing the autumnal sky
As an ink imbues laid paper...
And both pregnant now with fleeting thoughts
Emancipated by that golden beam
Ever inundating astronauts
In my space administration dream
Where pressure suits aren't worn as much
As the freshness in a zephyr's touch.
