intheshadows has a point in that there's a fine line between self-love & arrogance but I understand your broader stance that love starts with you as it provides the strength needed to love others. Profound.

Thank you Billy. I agree with you both on self-love. When you love yourself you have a good self-esteem and you can build better relationship with others because you know your self worth.
