Initiation

When God earmarks you for salvation
And the Master comes to call -
You are given God's initiation
Into the mystery of it all.

Your inner eye is opened
Your inner ear unbound -
To see the light of the father
And to hear His holy sound.

All secrets of the universe
Are yours to understand
When you're open to God's music
And closed off to earthy lands.

Your five senses must be shut down
So your inner eye can see
The vistas of the inner realms
God's gift to you and me.
