it's the sigh of the beast
quite the feat for a poet
suppose I could of celebrated 667
or just not have mentioned it
but this way the Devil sees me
and I see him
so I can tell him directly in a poem
hey Mr. Devil, how are you today?
just wanted to tell you
that you don't want me
spent most my life filling my heart with love
sappy lovey-dovey kind of stuff
it may make you sick
also I might have covid
so best to stay at least 6 feet
preferably underneath

The ending made me smile. Nice to be too loving and kind to be wanted by the devil. Hope you don't actually have Covid.

Oh no, I don't actually have it. I mean I'm sure we all had it at one point. Guess I shouldn't be lying too the devil hehe 😁

Sending well wishes, DC... Take care of yourself and keep us posted of your status. (Pfizer has that new medication you can start taking as soon as your covid symptoms appear, if you are testing positive and it'll help lesson the severity.... just fyi!)
