Holding my breath

Dear JC,

Perfectly recognized feelings of anxiety and distress in this poem. How often I find myself teetering on the notion if I exhale I’m a goner. I often wonder if these feelings will abate some day…it was a feeling of unity to read this delicate poem of raw expression. Beautifully written. H🌷

I feel this poem of yours, though.  Perhaps we all have, just haven't expressed it as well as you did.
