DANCING PRACTICE

As we practise our moves
your caressing hand soothes
around every curve,
making my heartbeats swerve.....

One runs over my breast,
another comes to rest
where my shorts are shielding
my sex. Soon I'm yielding
as hands moulding around
myself make my heart pound.

I am raising my arms
as a hand palms my charms,
when you give them a tease
with a protective squeeze,
drawing me deeply more
into your warm aura.
Where you go I will go,
unashamed what we show.

The music overtakes
all fears. My heart forsakes
all cautions, cast to wind
as by your arms I'm spinned
and lifted to the sky,
stretched out as if to fly.

Author's Note
Inspired by the picture (shown here) accompanying Sweet Kitty Cat5's poem, 'Mm..he is, yes'...just like that." which so reminds me of the scenes from the movie Dirty Dancing. Imagining what Baby is feeling. The opening lines were a rhyming comment on her poem, this poem has since grown in length. A homage to the spirit of Dirty Dancing.
