Bliss?

Thank you.  I agree, on the whole.  I sometimes think life would be more straightforward if I didn't pick up on everyone else's feelings/ bad moods/ rows and various vibes that may or may not be intended for me.

Is it bad that I basically just don't socialise?!  I conduct most of my relationships in writing and texts these days.

Well.  I go swimming and cycling.  I do my college homework, write, read and make stuff in the garden, have been to various beaches with the family and had a friend round a few times this summer.  I know what you mean though!

Be careful of total isolation but it doesn't mean you have to be out there all the time.  Take baby steps

I don't crave company, and am pretty much socially phobic.  Going to work is enough for me!

What a conundrum! To know or not to know…naturally, I haven’t got the answer but the poem is thoughtful and honestly questions one over the other. For me, There is a genuine fatigue within the words that I relate to because it’s a full time job trying to balance everyone else’s feelings and moods. I know it’s not my job to do so but…I do and then I want to hibernate. I really appreciate this piece for the subject matter and honest sensitivity. H🌷

Exactly that. You get it! I can't be happy until everyone else is.

Many words come to mind but the I realize  they are just cliches. I guess the one I hope hasn’t been used is the phrase from a Santana album, see “Beyond Appearances”.
