Color
(for the pint sized poem challenge)
There is this world outside the eyes,
A blinding world of black and white.
No pencil can draw this blank-
No paint can stab the laws,
Of what the human eyes see.
A line of nothing, but lies and greed.
Color isn't real,
Color is all we want.
When the chaos swirls, and draws into,
It's life and whirl- singularity.
That frantic world is what I see-
Between the worlds of black an white,
Color has burst out, bleeding with it's light.
And drag the world to living life.
So long the world of black and white.
There is this world outside the eyes,
A blinding world of black and white.
No pencil can draw this blank-
No paint can stab the laws,
Of what the human eyes see.
A line of nothing, but lies and greed.
Color isn't real,
Color is all we want.
When the chaos swirls, and draws into,
It's life and whirl- singularity.
That frantic world is what I see-
Between the worlds of black an white,
Color has burst out, bleeding with it's light.
And drag the world to living life.
So long the world of black and white.
