Sometimes we feel like we are in that office trying to be talk ourselves off that ledge in our mind. So many books around detail our journey in life, these memories that line the shelves. And we talk to ourselves in our head because maybe we are the only one that can truly understand. And we shrink into that corner trying to make sense of things that maybe make no sense. And these sessions can be so intense. Each brainwave another frequency creating walls among all this turbulence.
