Raging
We are descending
this human race
if not defending
the rights they erase
I’ve not had to fight
for my freedoms before
the brave did this for me
horrified for their gore
Outraged, terrified
taking no place
to oblige your hypocrisy
not in this case
Who are you to dictate
what is best for me?
Our body, our decision
since 1973
Equal protection
we are not less
human beings
just as the other sex
How dare your arrogance?
Poverty is what you’ll grow
stronger than your ignorance
more powerful than you know
Rage against this oppression
our girls are worthy
to exist in a world
upholding an equal jury
Women rise up
stand strong for the choice
do not be denied
or they also steal our voice
