We're part of the Great Grand Game now....and you know, I think it's a game that we might have chosen to play before we were born. Like creating a character for an rpg, and some of us play on GOD level, and begin play with weak stats and other major challenges to overcome, ultimately resulting in a stronger person. I think maybe I set mine to some sort of 'intermediate' difficulty, worse than many and better than many others. Maybe the next go-round I'll play on GOD MODE. Maybe we can't leave Earth until we do (beat the game on GOD MODE)!
And those lights in the sky might not be aliens after all....they might you and me watching us play the game.
