Resuscitation

A man can suffer
flinching to the touch
If it has been
too long

The conquest
less of a draw
in the later years,
But the purr
of consideration
stirs a man
far more

Asking to take him
Into mouth
or simply
rubbing the hardness
hidden (sometimes) in those pants
will do far more
for a man
than any proclamation could

And pushing it further...
opening to sleeve him,
Inviting him
to allow it to release from his system
and into yours

that alone has
certainly brought a few back
from the brink.
