Vivification

I’ve traveled many miles
pushing aside fears of
walking trails in a different
land, landing in search
of smiles, love and or
Friendship.

In every face that came
my way, I sought to aid
or lighten their path;
I offered to help
to live in a manner
towards & amidst
Inner peace.

Sometimes I bonded
we shared sustenance
for our hungers
then looked to the skies
the stars
the ethereal planes
of no existence!

Leaving their path
I crossed
no tears shed
only an ache for renewal
and new possibilities.
