imagine it might be unreal
being that...
one's intellect holds one in a maze.
the trappings of the puzzle
all bundled up as a ball
waiting to unfurl
from the roundness of the curl.
circles, circling upon the self
maybe what one wants is...
is, hidden within one's bookshelf?

Dear M,
I really enjoyed this poem. It made me think how all the grandiose things I think I want usually end up as a disappointing bust and the things I’m most content with are the cups of tea in solitude. Wonderfully thoughtful write. H🌷
