You, my King.

You're as lost as I,
In the madness of our hearts.
No need to hide,
What we've known from the start.

I will remain with you,
Even until I die,
I thought you already knew,
That that was not a lie.

You could beat and destroy me,
Leave me with wounds that sting.
But even then I'd refuse to see,
A life without you, my King.

I cling to your pant leg,
I ask to be touched and loved.
Please don't make me beg,
But this just isn't enough.

I am oh so needy,
And without you I ache.
So let me be greedy,
Let me not give but just take.

All I want is your warm touch,
Upon my bloodied face.
I never knew I'd need you this much,
Please just let me have a taste.

Oh my sweet I love you so,
And I'd bleed for you if you asked.
This isn't healthy, that I know,
But I'll hide the pain behind a mask.

I can't imagine another day,
Where I don't have you with me.
I can't imagine any other way,
You know everything I want to be.

My eyes are closing,
My sight's going dim.
I can't die without knowing,
What this could've been.

So grip my neck tight and squeeze,
Rip out my throat so I can't sing.
Because in the end your all I need,
You're all that remains, you, my king.
