The Gallery
Strolling through the gallery together
We gaze upon each work in awe
Appreciating lines, angles, colors and contrasts
We spend some time in admiration
Of “A Morning in France”
As we stand beneath a rounded tree
(So much majesty in trees)
Our fingers running o’er the bright lavender buds
The growing rows spread out before us
In perfect lines converging
To the sunrise full of glorious shades so bright to highlight
the shadowy silvered clouds.
With a lingering backward glance
we progress to “A Sky Full of Stars”
Where we’re transported a continent away
Our souls reposing on the pier again we rest
In another moment of beauty.
We gaze upon each work in awe
Appreciating lines, angles, colors and contrasts
We spend some time in admiration
Of “A Morning in France”
As we stand beneath a rounded tree
(So much majesty in trees)
Our fingers running o’er the bright lavender buds
